All refunds will be issued within 20 days of the refund being approved. Refunds are generally approved within 30 days of your initial signup date or cancellation date, depending on how old your account is.

Example 1: You signed up on January 1st and then cancelled on January 15th. Your refund would be issued within the first week of March.

Example 2: You signed up on January 1st and then cancelled on March 15th. Your refund would be issued within the first week of May.

This delay is due to two main factors:

1. The first 20 day delay in place so that we can get an accurate reading on your account activity. This is important in situations where you may have exceeded bandwidth limits and the like; so that we know what extra charges should be added to your account if any.

2. The second 20 delay is primarily due to an anti-fraud measure. This gives us time to analyze the transaction so that we can avoid various fraudulent issues.
